Tonic Herbs and Deer Antler Velvet History
Over thousands of years, humans in Asia have experimented with virtually every natural substance imaginable for their tonic, nutritive and healing properties. In fact, many Westerners would not be able to stomach many of the things that our Asian ancestors “tested” due to the fact that our cultural pallets are so limited! Most of the “herbs” used in TCM are derived from plants and their roots, leaves, flowers and fruits. In addition to plants, mammals, reptiles, sea creatures, mushrooms, insects and nearly every form of organic life has been used as “herbs” in the convention of TCM.
Today, the modern Chinese Pharmacopoeias array of herbal medicines have SurThrived the test of time. Having been in use for 1000s of years, many of the formulas that exist today were designed and formulated centuries ago. Often the alchemical formulators of these products would test their creations on themselves before ever considering trying them on anyone else. The Chinese also didn’t believe in testing a new formula on an animal because their physiology was very different from that of a human. Because most practitioners of TCM follow the documented works of their predecessors, very few new formulas have been created. The reason for this is that the case studies and results developed and accumulated over 1000s of years speak for themselves! Deer Antler Velvet is sitting at the top of the Chinese herbal system because it has proven its benefits to millions of people, over thousands of years!
Tonic Herbs (also known as Ruler or Royal Herbs) are at the top of the system. This class of herbs is not considered medicine, rather they are treated as highly nutritious foods. They are completely safe if properly used and can be consumed as often as desired assuming the consumer has basic knowledge of the herbs effects.
Minister Herbs are mildly adaptogenic and are used to restore homeostasis in an unbalanced body with minor issues. These herbs are used as medicine and for preventive measures. Although they are considered relatively safe, the choice of which herbs to use must be done so wisely.
Assistant Herbs are highly adaptogenic herbs that are able to correct major imbalances. Many assistant herbs can be very toxic and should only be used under the strict provision of a qualified TCM or similar practitioner. These herbs are considered the lowest class of herbs and are used only as a last resort for extreme cases.
Very few herbs are used by themselves and most treatments require additional herbs to amplify the effectiveness of the primary prescribed herb. As of recent times, people have been having tremendous success using Deer antler velvet on its own or in combination with other herbs. Its healing abilities far exceed almost every know substance used in TCM. Its ability to function in a multitude of ways is staggering! While directing action towards specific organs it also creates a proliferation of white and red blood cells that target the bodies individual and specific needs. It is known to be amongst the most potent of all substances that tonify the yang energy of the kidneys. Kidney support provides the will and courage to self educate and seek the means to provide the best choices for healing your body, mind and soul.
Immortal Gold is a 43:1 extract, meaning that it takes 43 parts deer velvet to one part alcohol to get this potency. Never before has a formula this strong existed. Not even to royalty. Throughout most of history deer were killed in order to get this prized substance. This is no longer the case. Due to government controlled deer farms in New Zealand and the sustainably researched farming methods that are associated with production, a new form of purity exists amongst deer velvet products that never existed before. This potency and purity make for a new frontier in healing technology to be experienced by all who are willing.

Ahhhh…in quest of immortality I began using Immortal Velvet about 2 weeks ago. I take about 30 drops in the morning. In the past week and a half my sleep has been horrible. I can’t fall asleep for hours and then I wake up at 4am every single night…so I’ve gone from 7-8 hours of lovely sleep to 4-5 hours max. Could this be in anyway related to the velvet? And, I am exhausted!
Quick question on another note… I started my Surthrival Collostrum today and wonder if it should be refrigerated?
Any insight is super awesome! many thanks for your leading edge delivery!

I would recommend lowering your dosage if you are feeling overstimulated and this is unusual for you. Let your body be your guide as well! We recommend that you store the colostrum in a glass jar away from light however it is not required that you refrigerate it. Please e-mail me directly at surthrival@gmail.com if there is anything else specific I can find out for you

Just wanted to send over a quick note even though this line of comments has long stopped being active. Within the first 24-36 hours of taking my first doses of Velvet, my muscles were significantly harder and stronger in my next workout…and more so than in the past 10 years. It was an amazing sudden transformation I found that shocked me.
In addition, I had a wound on my hand that would not heal – a very deep gash that felt like it went down to my knuckle. Within 3 days of taking the Velvet, the wound almost has completely healed…it’s as if something in my body turned on and told it to heal itself. (I’m 45 yo by the way)
I have used higher dosages than directed…up to 4 droppers per day and always take 2 droppers at a time.
I have noticed an effect on sleep so now I ensure that I do not take it in the evening.
Hope this helps others.
