Deer Antler Velvet as a Sexual Tonic

Deer Antler Velvet has been used as an ancient sexual tonic throughout Asian Cultures and religions for centuries. These people were of the understanding that strong sexual energy was a precursor of enhanced physical health. While some would use their intensified sexual energy to have sex, others like the Taoists would focus on the evolution of that energy through potent Qi-Gong meditation techniques like the “micro cosmic orbit”. In this particular exercise, a practitioner will take built up sexual energy, inhale it up the spinal column into the center of the brain, particularly the pineal gland and then exhale the energy back down to the lower abdominal area. This “breath” would be repeated many times in one sitting and would eventually lead to the illumination or creation of thousands of dormant or non-existent brain cells.

Some of the greatest thinkers and philosophers that have ever lived were those who knew how to transmute their own sexual energy into thought and go on to create inventions and ideas that have been nearly immortalized throughout human history. Many athletes use abundant sexual energy to excel at the physical activity or sport that they are engaged in. Why does Deer Antler Velvet create strong sexual function in humans? Well, let’s look at the sexual life of the deer. Velvet antler is collected when the male deer or stag goes into his mating season. At that point his testosterone levels are at some of their highest concentrations inside of the blood that is fluid throughout the cartilage of the antler. During this exact time, the velvet antler becomes extremely rich with sex hormones. This results in the male deer fighting with rival male deer to obtain the right to breed and pass on his genetics. For deer and other cervid animals this strong sexual urge is the key to their survival. Humans, because of our inherent free will and consciousness, can use our sexual energy for our own SurThrival! The potential of what we are able to create when we focus the energy of our being into our desired outcome is limitless. Having a strong sexual drive and refocusing it has the potential to lead to results that our most precious dreams are made of!

From the physiological perspective of enjoying sex, Velvet Antler may assist in combating erectile dysfunction because it increases testosterone levels and sperm count. It has also been known to strengthen and rebuild the blood so that blood flow is increased dramatically thereby assisting in all body functions. The surge of new blood allows women to experience multiple orgasms due to improved fluid circulation in sex organ function.

Research has shown us that Velvet Antler maintains androgenic and gonadotropic effects, meaning that it helps regulate the activity of sex organs. This is a powerful testament to deer antler velvets proven adaptogenic benefits! It has also been shown to contain biologically active substances of both male and female sex hormone types. These include estrone, testosterone and a substance similar to progesterone. Because it contains hormone types for women, deer antler velvet has been clinically proven to ease menopausal symptoms in women making this transition much more comfortable.

Whether you are struggling with erectile dysfunction, low libido, imbalanced hormones or basic lack of sexual energy, research has revealed that deer antler velvet has been the answer for many for centuries and counting…

This is important as the world is currently dealing with the effects of the “swine” flu and the fear that is being initiated via the media.~

If you would like to hear more about colostrum and how it works we recently posted two interviews with Dr. Anthony Kleinsmith at our website: http://www.surthrival.com/colostrum.html

It’s fascinating how the ancient Taoists made that connection of sexual energy with longevity and vitality! All of their top herbs for longevity happen to also be aphrodisiacs!
